Shipping and Return Information
If the items you ordered are available, you can expect your package to be delivered within 2 to 10 business days via USPS delivery. The shipping and processing fees, which are specified during checkout, may differ based on delivery times specified. Delivery times are subject to change due to holidays and inclement weather.

Returns Policy
We accept undamaged returned products. The product needs to be returned within 14 days of receiving. All returns must be in the original package.
Email SpinnKnitty to request a return.
– A receipt/proof of purchase (i.e. order confirmation email) must be included with your return.
– We highly recommend sending the return back with a certified receipt or delivery confirmation number.
– Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
– Return Shipping expenses are your responsibility.
Once SpinnKnitty receives your returned product, please allow up to 30 days to process your return. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to post to your account.

Shipping
We ship within the United states via USPS. International orders may be shipped upon request. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When shipping internationally (outside of USA), local taxes, import fees and duties are at the customer's expense.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates for your order are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
